The VALORANT Night Market is the only place Riot discounts weapon skins, and it runs for a limited window with randomised offers unique to your account. Valo Vault shows your Night Market cards on Android with their discounted prices and discount percentages, so you can judge an offer instead of guessing at it.
Night Market appears periodically rather than on a fixed public schedule, typically once per act, and stays open for a couple of weeks. You are dealt a set of cards, each hiding one skin at a discount between roughly 12% and 49%. The offers are personal to your account and drawn from skins you do not already own, so no two players see the same market and there is no way to reroll it.
That combination, limited window plus randomised personal offers, is what makes it easy to miss. Unlike the Daily Shop there is no daily rhythm reminding you to look.
Valo Vault reads your Night Market from your phone. Each card shows the skin, its normal Valorant Points price, the discounted price and the percentage saved, so the decision is a comparison rather than a guess. If your market has nothing worth buying, you know without booting the client.
A percentage on its own is not much information. A 20% discount on a 2,475 VP Exclusive saves more than a 45% discount on an 875 VP Select, and a heavy discount on a skin you would never use is not a deal. Seeing the normal price next to the discounted one, alongside your existing collection, is what turns the number into a decision.

Because Night Market has no daily reset to anchor the habit, the practical approach is to keep the app on your phone and check when an act rolls over. Wishlist alerts cover the Daily Shop side, so the skins you are actively hunting are handled automatically.
How often does Night Market appear? Roughly once per act, for a limited window. Riot does not publish a fixed calendar in advance.
Can I reroll my cards? No. Offers are dealt once per market and cannot be changed.
Are the discounts the same for everyone? No. Both the skins and the discount percentages are randomised per account.
