Request permanent removal of your account and data
If you no longer wish to use Valo Vault and would like to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted from our servers, you have two options:
Open the Valo Vault app and log in to your account.
Open the side menu and go to Settings.
Tap the "Delete Account" button.
Confirm your decision. Your account, including your saved lineups, profile data, and virtual currency, will be permanently deleted immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual account deletion by sending an email to our support team.

Body: Please include the Email Address or ValoVault Username associated with your Valo Vault account.
Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Saved lineups, match history, Vault Coins balance, membership access, and profile data associated with the account will be erased and cannot be recovered. Deleting your Valo Vault account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; please cancel any recurring subscription with the store provider before requesting account deletion. Web purchases (Razorpay / PayPal) are prepaid fixed-term access and expire automatically.
